Coaching & Mentoring
Sometimes a training session isn't quite what is needed for a whole variety of reasons and this is where individual tuition/coaching can fit the bill. It's ideal for situations where there isn't quite a course to match or there is only one particular individual who has this development need or someone just needs that extra motivation and support during a particularly difficult time. It has also been used to help identify training needs and carry out follow up after training to aid evaluation and effectiveness. We always help the staff member explore and assess themselves and their own behaviour and get them fully involved in the learning/coaching process with encouragement and the right questions. Sessions can take place on or off your premises.

Conferences and Events
Nelson Training has now delivered sessions at over 23 conferences either as keynote attractions or workshops. Our clients look upon us as a great way of livening up an otherwise dry session especially at the very beginning and/or just after lunch! We have also successfully provided actors for ‘Invisible Theatre’ where no-one in the audience knows they are actors and the results are hilarious and memorable. Our own interactive drama sessions lend themselves very well to large audiences and can add a spark of magic and colour just when your event needs the `wow `factor!
We have also been asked to get audiences to do energisers, and we have done everything from playing with balloons, samba drumming and getting them on one occasion to sing ‘Tit Willow’. If you are not sure what we can do for your conference just ask and here is another bonus….for larger numbers we charge exactly the same daily rate!
