Managing for better performance
2
day course 9.30 am to 4 pm. Course fee £395 plus VAT.
All
fees must be received before attendance.
A practical two day session aimed at helping managers to improve the performance of their team.
This course is also available on an in-house basis completely tailored to your organisation's requirements. Please contact for prices.
In challenging times performance from your staff is even more important than ever. Yet it is one of the most difficult things that a manager needs to do.
Our highly interactive sessions focus upon common every day issues faced by managers. As well as a stream of interactive activities, the sessions use our highly regarded ‘Forum Theatre’ which means that actors are employed to role play so that you don’t have to! No PowerPoint, and no long boring lectures; just issues that are relevant, and no role play, unless you want to! The days are injected throughout with live comedy and drama demonstrating relevant techniques, and a chance to discuss options for handling work based issues.
