Nelson Training win twice in the 2010 National Training Awards in complaint handling triumph

Nelson Training together with their partners and clients South Gloucestershire Council won both a South West Regional Training Award and then South West National Training Award for best collaboration at the 2010 ceremony held on Tuesday 19th October. Their award winning programme - 'Don't Make a Drama out of a Complaint' was judged to be the most exceptional and outstanding partnership following a dramatic fall in complaint escalations in South Gloucestershire Council’s Community Care and Housing Department.

Radically different approach to customer service training pays off for South Staffs Water

South Staffs Water serves 1.2 million customers across the Black Country. Their performance is amongst the highest in the industry. They called in Nelson Training for their customer service programme as they wanted a partner who could engage and connect with the staff on their level and keep the training lively whilst ensuring the sessions were 100% relevant.
